Greetings,

There is a new release of the server code of GalaxyNG, a play-by-email
interstellar wargame for several players.  It is a complete set of
tools to let you host GalaxyNG games.

The current release is 3-1, and it includes documentation on
how to compile, install, and run games.

The server will compile out of the box on a Linux system, and should
be able to compile on many other Unix systems.  The manual contains
instructions on how to automatically process orders and run the game
with the standard tools installed on a Linux system.
