The winner is Jacco Van Weert who ruthlessly slaughtered all opposition. Coincidentally Jacco is also the victor of the Asgaard invitational tournament. May he be long remembered in order that you know you will have to gang up on him if you want to beat him. Details of the tournament will be rather long, so I will post them in a separate letter. Honorable mention to Webko who managed to get to the finals by beating numerous opponents. Honorable mention also to Frans for a great showing, as well as making available his mods to the original Galaxy code. Not to forget Dora Van Veen ( sp? ) who also reached the semi-finals There will be a new Asgaard tournament as well as a Midgaard one. As last time, Asgaard will be invitational only, and only eaight players. Midgaard will be open, and those doing good there may be invited to play in the next Asgaard. Regards, Up
