Ok, we have different definitions of "frequently" :-)  If it were me,
I'd wait a month to get a good representative set of questions.

I've seen a lot of FAQ's that were released simultaneously with a
commercial product or service (obviously designed by someone in
marketting).  I don't consider those FAQ's.

The entire purpose of a FAQ initially (at least until the latest wave
of hordes hit the internet), was to answer frequently asked questions.
This way, the newgroup would not be inundated with the same questions
over and over.  Therefore, it should be those questions that are the
most frequent, but not necessarily the ones that are interesting.  It
should also include those questions guaranteed to make 50 or more
people send identical answers to the newbie poster.  FAQs didn't
normally appear until the volume of questions became annoying to all
concerned.

IMHO, a FAQ is not the same as a sample set of questions.
