It is a play by email and not one of these games where you get on a mailing list and everyone sends their message to all of the players. Each character gets their own move sent to them. The game is called Earth 2 and it has a mad max type setting since it is after the nations of Earth united and used Nucleur warfare to get rid of aliens trying to invade Earth.
