Carol,

It was Kevin Elliot that sent in the rumor in Flagship 33 not me.  I
am a current Galactic Prisoners player .   I enjoy the game and have
nothing but praise for it and Ed Grandel is the best moderator  in any
PBM  that I have ever played.
