To clear up some things...

I don't think taking legal action to protect your reputation is going to far.
Legal action wasn't talked about until Flagship mis-qouted Ed Grandel. Grandel
Inc. Did ask for an apology to be printed, but the letter were legal action was
actually threaten was not printed and was sent after the letter that was
printed.

Exactly. It was a continuous stream of attacks. Not all this noticable to the
public. See below.

The PBM Report already knows the truth, yet they continue to print this lie.

1. US Flagship had a listing of PBM Games. This Was Not An Ad! They
intentionally printed Grandel's prices to low. RESULT. Every player who
contacted grande inc from Flagships notes did not join the game. They went away
mad because they felt Grandel Inc misrepresented themselfs. GRANDEL INC TRIED
FOR A YEAR TO CHANGE THIS, yet US Flagship continued to print the lies.

Grandel Inc had a advertising deal W/ Flagship. He paid for ads that were
never printed. He signed up for a special rate, he got a discount if he
advertised in both the US and foriegn additions. Either the US or foriegn ads (
I don't recall which) were never printed.
