In stock galaxy, you go to C.

In Blind, you haven't given enough information...

If you can not see C, you go to B.

If you can see C, and can make it in 1 turn, you go to C.
[This doesn't apply in this case.]

If you can see C, and can make it in 2 turns, and the option
SHORTINT is not on, you go to C.

If you get this far, you go to B.
