With all this BS here, I decided to go back and find the articles.  Kevin
Elliot was the author of the original comment.  "Much the same comments apply
here in comparison with Out Time Days as for Starweb in comparison with TNE:
the older game is not nearly as inviting to a new player.  Unlike Starweb, I'm
not sure I'm going to enjoy Galactic Prisoners even now, since it seems
terribly simplistic so far (the GM is great though)."  This appeared in Issue
33.

What other awful things have we said about the game or its GM?  In the year
previous to this, issue 30 ratings section, "Galactic Prisoners GM rating
glitters above them all."  Issue 29 ratings, "But for super GM quality, don't
overlook Galactic Prisoners."  Same issue in Rumors (the same place Kevin
wrote),  Mike Fay had a very long, very favorable comment on the game.  In
issue 28 the artical "Leaders of the Pack", Ed Grandel received a glowing
recomendation as one of the best GM's and "The accolades are well deserved, as
Galactic Prisoners is a very entertaining open-ended power game which is also
one of the best buys in PBM."

Boy, if these are the comments f a magazine that has it in for GP, imagine the
great press someone we like must get.

Also, since people have made comments about the reason Flagship failed and
Paper Mayhem is still around is because of ethics, these people may want to
know that for several years I was a reviewer for paper Mayhem before I became
the US Editor of Flagship. So either Paper Mayhem AND myself are ethical, or I
am unethical and Paper Mayhem paid me to do reviews.  Take your choice.

Also, my resignation from this position was due to getting a wife, getting a
house, getting a daughter all in about 15 months.  I just didn't have the time
to do this anymore.
